Blu Mare Hotel

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Blu Mare in the charming old town of Novigrad, Istria, and it was nothing short of exceptional! The hotel is perfectly situated close to the Mediterranean Sea, offering stunning views and easy access to the heart of this picturesque coastal town. The rooms are an absolute delight—spacious, full of natural light, and impeccably designed. Every detail, from the high-quality furnishings to the thoughtfully chosen decor, exudes elegance and comfort. The coffee machine in the room was a standout—easily one of the best I've experienced in my years of traveling! If you're lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, you're in for a treat. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the port, the charming lighthouse, and the endless blue of the Mediterranean was a highlight of my stay. Breakfast at Blu Mare was another unforgettable experience. The food was outstanding, prepared with care and presented beautifully. The service was flawless—every team member was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality extended to every aspect of my stay, from check-in to room service, making me feel like a truly valued guest. What sets this hotel apart is its unique blend of aesthetics and warmth. Every piece of furniture, every light, and every detail seems intentionally placed to create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. Despite the modern design, the public spaces remain inviting and human-centered, making it a place you want to linger. Blu Mare feels like a hidden gem, and while part of me wants to keep it a secret, the amazing team deserves all the recognition and success they can get. Judging by how quickly rooms are booked, it’s clear that this hotel has many loyal and frequent guests—and for good reason. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit to this beautiful haven in Novigrad. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines style, comfort, and heartwarming hospitality, look no further than Blu Mare. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Brand new hotel with amazing sea view rooms, kind staff, nice wellness area, steps away from the (concrete) beach, but still in the heart of the city. Parking is a bit farther out and 4eur/day (I feel this would be better just include in the price) but their own shuttle makes this convenient. Breakfast is awesome. Dinner also, prices are on the higher end, but the quality also.

This hotel is a gem!!! I don't know where to start.. The view from the rooms is just amazing, the staff is great, the design and decoration of the rooms is in harmony with the landscape, with great finishes and a beautiful design. The breakfast is great and the food served in their restaurant is delicious (A must try) ! We have traveled a lot and seen many hotels all around the world, but this one was surely one of the best! The parking is a bit confusing upon arrival, but very nicely organized once the system was explained to us. We will most definitely come back to Novigrad, only to stay in this hotel again!
