Great hotel. Value for money! We were here for a night stopover. Staff was courteous and rooms were clean and tidy. Food was also great.
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price Stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room size was quite small considering the price charged. Additionally, the landline was not working, and there was an empty toiletry box in the bathroom. We had to request toiletries early in the morning (around 6 AM), but even after that, it was left blank. The staff was not cooperative at all. They even asked us to return the toiletry boxes when we were in a hurry to leave, which was quite unprofessional. We also requested a late checkout and were willing to pay extra, but the amount they demanded was completely unreasonable. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend it unless they improve their service standards.
Worst location and worstest hotel of whole Indore. No parking available in front of hotel as it is in very narrow lane. Park on the road at your own risk. Rooms were really small comparing to the price charged. No towel , balti and mug in bathroom. We have to call them 3 times for that. Bathrooms were also very dirty and small. Absolutely waste of money.
