Blue Diamond Boutique Hotel

Went to the Spa inside the hotel. The service was amazing and the facilities were superb. Bridget is such an amazing massage therapist But the food at the actual hotel was quite bland

Beautiful facility with lack of day to day maintenance e.g. the room seemed to have not been cleaned there were ants on the bed, the TV did not work and the receptionist didn't know what was wrong. Worse when they didn't have coffee for breakfast apparently they were waiting for delivery. Overall facility is beautiful and seems to be struggling in terms of resources

We had a double booking for the weekend of 15th of March 2025, on booking.com the hotel looked amazing and we booked it, we could have booked at other places that were a couple of hundred rands cheaper, but because of your hotel's pictures we booked with you. To our surprise when we booked in, from start to finish it was the worst experience we ever had and could not sleep at all. When we arrived, the receptionist was so incredibly rude. She does not greet and has a very bad attitude and is not helpful at all. We eventually got to our rooms we noticed the one room's aircon did not work and the other room's fridge did not work either. We decided to get a drink from the bar and was so baffled that the bar has absolutely no beverages. We went out and came back to the rooms, my fiance and I decided to take a shower and the drain hole was not fixed and my fiance stepped into some sort of nail and his foot was bleeding and we did not have any band aids or any disinfectant to clean the wound, which is quite bad because we don't know what germs the nail has. While we were showering the vent in the room fell open for no reason and was quite disturbing. Then we got into bed after all that and the bed was not made up properly, the linen was just pushed in and the linen had pink marks on it, with stains. The walls had spiders on and cockroaches on the roof, the aints also invaded our food and drinks. When we open the door to go outside there are no steps to go outside and is dangerous, you can break something if you don't climb out properly into the mud. The cupboards also have damp in it. We tried to report it to reception the next morning and asked the receptionist for an email address to send this complaint to and again she was not helpful and refused to give me the correct email address
