My 15-day stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive, with a diverse selection of tasty dishes. However, the real gem was the health club. The attendant and masseuse were truly exceptional. Their expertise and skill were evident in every touch, and the massage I received was incredibly relaxing, almost hypnotic. Also the baggage attendant Deedar he was absolutely nice and attentive guy Always available for every request.
Room was clean and neat. Services was amazing. Location was great for me. The only take was the breakfast, it needs more varieties and double check on the presentation
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an additional charge applied to my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in at around 5:00 AM and checked out the same day at 12:00 PM. Despite the short duration of my stay, I was charged for an additional full day. Typically, check-in times are after 12:00 or 2:00 PM, and I understand there may be early check-in policies. However, staying for just 7 hours should not reasonably constitute a full day’s charge unless clearly communicated beforehand, which was not the case during my booking or at check-in. I kindly request that you review this matter and consider refunding the extra day’s charge. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly and fairly.
