Our recent stay at the Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel was, without a doubt, the best vacation experience we've ever had in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that's truly unique. What truly sets this resort apart is its amazingly kind and attentive staff. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and there are so many whose names are unfortunately escaping us now – please know your efforts were deeply appreciated. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining our villa to the highest standards and adding lovely touches. Speaking of villas, having such private and spacious accommodations truly elevated our stay, allowing us to connect with the stunning natural surroundings. This resort makes you appreciate the beauty of nature at every turn, with its lush landscapes and serene atmosphere. We want to give a special and heartfelt thank you to some of the incredible individuals who made our trip so memorable. To our fantastic drivers, Raul and Alfredo, thank you for your professionalism and friendly service, always getting us where we needed to be with a smile. A big shout-out to the brilliant bartenders, Carlos and Ruben, who crafted the most delicious cocktails and always had a welcoming presence. To Diana from the entertainment team, thank you for bringing such wonderful energy. A special thanks to Jesus from the service staff – your spicy margaritas are legendary, the best we've ever tasted! And we mustn't forget our wonderful server, Jenny, whose great friendly smile always brightened our day. We stayed for a week in one of the Cenote Villas and it was impeccable. What really stood out was the level of service from every single staff member. The front desk ensured to give us a map and overview of the property as it is quite big, and our luggage was taken care of. Raul and Alfredo go above and beyond; thank you! Housekeeping were discrete and done daily, not a detail was missed ever. Restaurant service and the bar were stellar. They remembered us daily and provided the best cocktail recommendations. Portions were large and always had different options so be sure to try as many as possible. Special shoutouts to Carlos, Jesus, Ruben, Jenny, Ana, Eduardo and Luis and everyone who had served us over the 8 days! The property itself is beautiful; so much lush greenery and friendly wildlife, really feels like paradise. There are bikes to get around on as well as the golf cart drivers which come by frequently (however we did enjoy walking a bit too especially after dinner). The room itself was expansive and had massive sliding doors, a cold water plunge pool and lounger chairs. It does get a bit warm at night but the ceiling fan helps as do the lighter linens. Beach access is also convenient and there are several well maintained pools to enjoy as well. They also offer activities like yoga, sushi and ceviche classes (highly recommend) and have live music every night at dinners. Such a good ambiance at both Ambar and Aguamarina. Thank you so much for making my first visit to Mexico so amazing, we can’t wait to plan another visit!

This place is spectacular, needs some maintenance but in general it has all you need to have a great relaxing vacation. It is a very small but luxury hotel. The team members were amazing! Some that stood for us were Eric, the sommelier and Jenny the waitress. They not only made my birthday a very special day, but the entire weekend. It was a very special experience!
