Blue Dream Hotel

Both the front desk and breakfast staff are exceptional! Very friendly and considerate! They welcomed us and our dog very warmly! The hotel building itself is a little outdated but it appears that they are in the process of renewing and updating. For the price we paid it was a very good 2 night stay! The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that we had to be moved to a new room after the A/C unit leaked water from the ceiling. The staff once again was great with the situation and were very quick in resolving the problem for us!

Saving grace is that rooms are clean, and unlike other reviews, air conditioning did work. I will never stay here by choice. Forced by an Indian package tour company. Luckily we stayed only one night. Old, worn-out and feels cheap in and out. (June 2025)

I have travelled across the Globe & this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed. The rooms are huge & spacious but thats it. I really dont know...how can a 1ton AC cool such a huge room? & that too controlled from reception & not room? Is it guest service? I dont think these idiots know what service is. By the way, the breakfast, way too less for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars... Excuses galore...even told me Italians eat less!! Bogus hotel, worst management, foolish & rude staff...who think they are the supreme epitome of hospitality...oh & such a huge hotel & such a small elevator...no basic sense. Infact, maintainance is zero... Every 2nd sentence these idiots rattle rules but themselves are a big zero, when it comes to service.
