Our first time in Turkey, certainly not our last! The hotel is brilliant for families wanting to have fun or relax. The staff are welcoming and happy to help 24.7. My rep, Sefer was absolutely amazing, he explained everything I needed to know during my stay. I can't thank him enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stayed here for a week 11th July - 18th July, one of the best hotels I have stayed in, staff are welcoming and friendly, rooms clean, pool area is nice. Food was lovely and something for everyone! Bar staff very chatty & always smiling even in 40° heat! Please DO NOT go by the bad reviews people want more for the cheap price! Nice family hotel and don’t have any faults! Entertainment is aimed mainly for Russians and Polish but there was only a handful of English there which makes sense to me! The grounds were beautiful and well kept, beach is a 3 minute walk. A holiday is what you make it and this was the best one yet! Please don’t expect to pay pennies for this holiday and get the Dubai treatment the staff work very hard to accommodate everyone!
Food was lovely and fresh Staff was friendly and professional Neat and clean rooms Nice atmosphere Wifi was weak. If u wanna use wifi in your rooms u need to pay. Buy esim before hand. Pools were good. Kids loves slides Not too busy not too empty Overall recommended with family. Local transportation available. Lifts working 24/7. Entertainment lady and boys are good. 3,4 different bars Beach access easily Disabled person access ♿ available
