A very nice hotel, close to the city centre, and marina. It has parking places in the street in front of the hotel, sometimes it was full, but you can find a place to park. It has a small kitchen, where you can quickly make yourself a lunch. Our apartment had two rooms with two balconies, which was great. Great for its price. If we ever come to Marmaris again, we will definitely stay again.

Central location, but quiet and can sleep well! Staff extremely friendly and speak English. Great wifi. Clean. Good prices. Pool is EXCELLENT. Recommended!

Good point: The hotel's greatest advantage is its unbeatable location in Marmaris. Being one of the first hotels established in the area over 30 years ago, it is important to note that it may not offer luxurious amenities. However, as a hotel apartment, it provides the convenience of cooking facilities, which was a significant factor for me. The pool is clean and enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Bad points: One major drawback is the lack of an elevator, requiring guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. Additionally, due to its age, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear, such as occasional sightings of dead cockroaches in the room or issues with cleanliness in the bathroom or kitchen sink. Moreover, there is no designated parking space in front of the hotel, causing difficulties in finding a parking spot. The breakfast provided is poor, but still acceptable considering the overall circumstances.
