Blue Inn Luxury Suites

Had a wonderful stay at Blue Inn over Easter with my wife and two daughters. The building is located in a really nice neighbourhood, quite peaceful but with a couple of places to eat nearby and a really nice gelato shop just down the street. Most of the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance, or you can take the metro quite easily if you want to go further. The hosts (especially Giuseppe) were great - really friendly towards the whole family, gave us lots of local tips on how to get around, where to eat etc - and were very responsive to messages on Whatsapp etc when we had queries. The room was just what we were after - one double bed and two singles for the children. Nice bathtub and separate shower room. Plenty of towels. TV with netflix etc. All very clean and cleaned every couple of days. Coffee machine available. Overall a great stay and we'd happily stay again when returning to Rome.

Everything was great; even though they don't have 24-hour reception, they were able to give us a key to our room. My husband's only complaint was that the round bed is uncomfortable for tall people. Aside from that, everything was clean and good.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! we got informed after the booking was made and paid (!!!) that the check-in can be done only until 7pm. we asked to come the next day in open hours to check-in at least for our second night. the owner was very rude, refused and canceled our booking without a refund. disgusting behaviour for someone who works in hospitality! we didn’t get our money back, we were forced to book another hotel last minute.
