I can only speak to the conference I attended here in the conference center. The staff was great and the food provided throughout our meetings hit the spot. The food served at lunch was excellent. Based on the service in their conference center, I think it is safe to assume their hotel service is also top-notch.
One of my favorite beaches in D.R.! Very clean, safe, soft sand, and nice waves. I stayed in one of the towers and it was amazing. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I look forward to visiting again.
Internet was spotty in rooms, the door outside was not closing fully which allowed mosquitos in our room constantly. Hot water was not available for more than a day when we stayed (cold showers only). When they came to clean it wasn’t actually cleaned just brushed dirt to the side, but did replace towels/toiletries. Could hear others in rooms as well.
