Incredible experience! This stay was so special thanks to the Blue Karma team who goes over and above with their attention to detail and care. The food is fantastic, the rooms - wow the rooms!! We had a beautiful two level villa that overlooked the forest with a hammock / daybed giving on the jungle. We could have spent entire days there - and the pool is just the most stunning infinity pool we’ve seen. The guided rice field walking tour offered by the hotel was an unforgettable glimpse into Balinese culture and such a lovely addition to our stay. We will certainly be back and we recommend this hotel fully for your next jungle retreat.

I had a fantastic stay at Blue Karma Dijiwa in Ubud. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh, flavorful options that set a perfect tone for the day. The property itself is stunning, with lush gardens, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views that create a true sense of escape. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a memorable and rejuvenating experience. I would absolutely return.

We stayed at Blue Karma for a few nights, and overall it didn’t feel like a real four-star hotel. The place is in a quiet area a few kilometers from Ubud, which is nice if you want to get away from the noise. But the rooms were close together and not very soundproof, so it wasn’t very private or quiet. In our bungalow, there was a bad smell that didn’t go away, even with the windows open. On the first day, there was no hot water. After that, we had to wait a long time for the shower to warm up. On the bright side, the garden area was well-kept and the pool looked great, with comfy beds nearby to relax on. The best part was definitely the restaurant—the food was tasty and well made. But the prices were really high. For example, a basic local wine cost 780,000 IDR, plus tax, which is way more than you’d pay at a good spot in Ubud. The staff were friendly, though sometimes a bit too eager to help. It felt like they didn’t always know when to step back. All in all, Blue Karma felt more like a nice countryside guesthouse than a proper four-star resort.
