Lovely hotel with a really chill vibe. Food was varied and delicious, staff friendly and facilities spotless. Only issue we're the cocktails as whilst there was a varied menu, staff often made them not quite right. For example, margarita made with lemon juice not line juice. Another point to note is that the hotel is very isolated (which we knew before booking). However, if you enjoy going to restaurants, pubs etc then this isn't really the place for you as this hotel is literally the only thing for miles. Top tip: If you like cats, take some treats or food. There is a colony of stray cats living on the complex (cared for by the hotel) who would really appreciate it!

The hotel is brilliant and has a nice feeling (no too big). The food is good. The facilities are really good. The landscaping, plants and trees are lovely and thriving. 95% of staff are lovely with kids and friendly. Some staff however are not smiling and not willing to be here. Maria, the lady in aight blue shirt who does lunch at the grill restaurant is doing absolutely nothing! 2 weeks there and when you ask her something she says” 2 minutes please” and literally stand there waiting to give an order to an already busy team of waiters! She looks at her phone and walk around in circle talking to the staff only. Entertainment was a bit disappointing compared to two years ago. Same thing every week (a bit boring for 2 weeks), and more or less the same things: a team of fairly skilled dancers, singing ok but lack a bit of a nicer storyline behind it. Lovely Beach which has about a meter of shells before the sea which hurts a little but clean and enjoyable. There is a guard by the entrance of the beach which is reinsuring. Pools are brilliant, shame that we cannot use the water slides from next door hotel (same company, same owner, just a fence in between). I did the 10 years anniversary surprise in the bedroom for my wife and it was a bit disappointing for 150 euros: 10 balloon with helium, fake petals on the floor, a big plate of fruits and some 50P candles in glasses. Perhaps throwing a bottle of the local Prosecco or two free cocktails (from extra menu) would have been better…

Disappointing for a resort marketed as 5-star all-inclusive. We stayed as a family for 4 nights. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet the expectations we had for a 5-star all-inclusive resort. On the very first day, our child fell near the pool (the non-slip tiles were a bit too sharp, in my opinion). Shockingly, instead of helping immediately, the staff told us to go to the reception. The receptionist tried to assist but said the doctor wasn’t there yet and asked us to wait 5 minutes. No one came. When we asked again, they vaguely said the doctor was in his room without informing us properly. We eventually had to find and contact the doctor ourselves. Meanwhile, our child’s knee was bleeding, and we were left running around. A basic first aid intervention could have been done right there by the pool. As for the food and beverage: although it’s advertised as “all-inclusive”, we were asked to pay extra for a frappe and even a simple cocktail. Quite disappointing for a 5-star resort. Pools open at 9:30 AM, but there’s only one towel station in the entire hotel, and it opens at 10:00 AM. If you want to go to the pool or beach earlier, you simply can’t get a towel. Outside of the 3 main meals, there’s no proper place to get food. The snack bar was almost pointless – just some fruit, ice cream, and crepes. Food quality overall was average at best – not what you’d expect if you’ve experienced high-standard resorts in Antalya, for instance. It felt more like full-board rather than all-inclusive. Our room was small and the bed very uncomfortable. It was two single beds pushed together without any proper cover or mattress topper to bridge the gap. The kids’ pool has three small slides, but adults are not allowed to use them even with their kids. Apparently, slides for adults are only available at the resort’s other property. On the bright side, the sea was clean and beautiful. Evening entertainment included a kids’ disco, but oddly, children were not allowed on stage – they had to dance in front of their seats. The quiz night was fun though. The Kids Club exists, but entry is limited – you need to register in advance, and only if there’s space. It’s not a free-play area where kids can just walk in and enjoy freely. Lastly, our child really wanted to buy the resort’s mascot plush toy (TUIBOT), which we saw with many other children. Unfortunately, we were told it was out of stock and no effort was made to provide one or suggest a solution. As someone who has experienced many all-inclusive resorts in Antalya/Turkey, I can confidently say I would not choose this hotel again. :(
