Fair price . Very close to the beach. Clean room

Clean room, quiet place, honest people, fair price!

On a positive note, it's a very good price with all ameneties you might need. However, the location is quite remote, and a car is absolutely needed. Beach down the road not the cleanest. No one was present for check in time, even though time of arrival had been provided. I had to send messages and eventually call. I had to contact a decond time for WiFi. The apartment wasn't that clean, with crumbs on the floor and stuff accumulated in the corners, you couldn't shower without pouring water all over the bathroom, and the toilet doesn't seal properly. Furniture is dated, and the frequency of cleaning is not clear. All of this I could have overlooked, but what made the experience indeed bad was that the owner, that mind you I hadn't seen once, because again, no one was there to receive me, decided to call me at 1AM on my last night because the card down on the app was not working, no apologies for the late time. The owner was very nice when he came to collect payment, but again, not even an acknowledgement of the rudeness of calling that late.
