Friendly Staff, Needs more cleaning, great price, breakfast was good, you have to ask for better services so don't be shy. At the end, i think this is the best that you can get for this price. We had a 4-person room for 80,000IQD

The booking clearly stated that Wi-Fi was available, and I specifically told the staff that I needed it for work. But when I got to the room, there was absolutely no internet signal at all. When I asked about it, the response was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to solve the issue, the staff member just said, “This is what we have, deal with it.” He made it seem like I was lying, and even blamed the issue on my phone and laptop! Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and no respect whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Literally the worst service, worst attitude, and worst experience ever.

I was on vacation to Arbil and we stayed at this hotel when we first got the room it was room 5001 the room was super dirty and there was waste in the toilet that didn't get cleaned. The food was mid you didn't have much choice to eat like every day same food boring don't go to thus hotel NOT worth it.
