The hotel was in the backstreets of nowhere. All you could see from the window was the back of other hotels. The only redeeming feature was being able to see the sea from the window. We were in the family room which was not really big enough for the 5 of us. The beds were basically sofas that had been pushed together. My children were practically falling into the gaps as they slept because those sofa beds would keep moving. The beds were also so uncomfortable and hard. We all had back aches from the first day of use. The only sort of bed linen we were given was a plain white sheet over the sofa beds and 3 hospital style blankets that were quite scratchy and rough. There were two air cons in the room, but only one was actually working. It was also in the most inconvenient place, it would freeze us and cause so much leg pain at night because it was so close to the bed but we couldn’t switch it off because the room would get hot in a matter of minutes. The bathroom facilities were just really not up to par. They were disgusting, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was black mould and gunk stuck in the cracks of the door and along the floor. We didn’t use the shower without wearing flip flops to protect our feet. Many times we were left without toilet roll. Overall just not a great experience.
We booked on the ground floor and saw a very large mouse on the ground floor and the manager's behavior was very bad. The bathrooms were not clean enough and did not look like the pictures on the internet. The reality was different and there was a strong smell of food at the entrance of the hotel and there was no hot water in the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for 6 days and the experience was appalling. Basic services were lacking — we had to ask for toilet rolls to be replaced, which is unacceptable. On the day of departure, while waiting for our airport transfer, the receptionist deliberately turned off the air conditioning in the lobby. When questioned, she just shrugged without a word — extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms were not clean, beds were uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, the sheets were not changed throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel lacks both hygiene and hospitality. I would not recommend it and will definitely not be returning.
