Blue Sea Le Printemps

We had a really great experience at Blue Sea, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. This was the third hotel we stayed in in Marrakesh after our flight home was cancelled, but it was the only one to supply a proper bed for our 7 year old!! They also brought extra pillows when we asked for flat ones. The rooms are bright and clean, the beds are comfortable, there was bottled water in the room and the fridge was cold. Breakfast is good, and there’s an outdoor pool in a lovely area. It’s also a great location, in a safe area with plenty of restaurants around, and circa €8 in a taxi to the Medina. I would absolutely recommend, and would happily stay here again.

We stayed at this stylish hotel in Marrakech in August and overall had a great experience. The interior design is impressive—very chic, with beautiful paintings and cool pictures that give the place a modern yet authentic Moroccan vibe. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, but be aware that it can get quite crowded in the breakfast lounge during peak season. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for kids to swim and cool off. The main downside—and the reason for removing one star—is the location. There’s a rooftop bar nearby that plays loud music late into the night, which made it hard to relax or sleep early. If you’re sensitive to noise, that’s something to consider. All in all, it’s a solid 4-star experience. If the noise issue gets resolved, this place easily deserves a full 5 stars.

The hotel is fine, and the amenities are in line with what you would expect for the budget. The hotel would have received a fine review from me, but I stayed here twice and I CANNOT BELIEVE how rude the lady on reception is. I have not EVER been treated with such disdain and disrespect in my entire life. I cannot believe how this lady is working in hospitality. It was unbelievable how disgustingly she treated guests. I am still in such shock. I thought, on my first stay, that maybe she was having a bad day, but then I returned a week later and she was grumpy and rude all over again. If the city wasn't so beautiful, she would have ruined my entire trip. Please, train your staff to not be so disgustingly rude and callous to your guests. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
