Blue Serene Resort

Hi Team, We stayed at Blue Serene on July 12 & 13th 2025. Rooms were very spacious and the lake view from the room was awesome. Staffs were very approachable and always ready for the assistance. Along with food, pool and indoor games facilities they also arranged boating. Boating experience was really awesome because of the detailed explanation of lake and its geographical history. We visited the resort on June 5th, 2025, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff excelled at guiding us and answering all our questions, which greatly enhanced our stay. However, the dinner was disappointing; we ordered chicken curry and discovered it was made with old frozen chicken. As a result, we decided to change resorts on the second day since I was travelling with my children. I believe there is ample room for improvement in your food quality, and the swimming pool could definitely use better maintenance.

We chose this resort primarily for two advertised amenities – the swimming pool and the boating facility. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was under maintenance and the houseboat was unavailable as it had already been booked. Such lapses in service delivery should warrant either prior communication or a fair compensation/discount, neither of which was provided. The resort is located in a highly interior area with no nearby restaurants, making the situation even more inconvenient. Considering the premium price charged, the experience fell far below expectations. This reflects poor management, lack of accountability, and disregard for guest satisfaction. A thoroughly disappointing and regrettable stay – I would strongly advise against choosing this property.
