The place is captivating from its location, in the heart of Palermo Soho, a place full of activities and places to walk, eat, and relax, with a traveling fair nearby. But the hotel unfortunately doesn't live up to the hype. It's an old mansion renovated and converted into a hotel, so we can't expect the spacious, bright, and well-ventilated spaces of a new hotel; you have to understand where you are. The problem is clearly the maintenance; it's very clear that it's nonexistent: broken floors, unmaintained bathrooms, torn mattresses, old and dirty curtains, etc., etc. It's clear that the real problem is the total neglect of the hotel's management. A place that seems welcoming at first glance loses all its charm when you adjust your gaze and look at the details. The price is reasonable, although it doesn't have a parking lot. The breakfast is not good, with good products, but not a great variety. A place to consider for its location and retro style, but if it continues with the same management, it's definitely better not to return...

Péssimo. É um casarão VELHO, o corredor fede, e os acabamentos do quarto são horríveis. No primeiro dia eu não aguentei ficar no quarto que nos colocaram, e pedi para trocar. Quando trocaram, era os mesmos defeitos do outro quarto. Toalhas velhas e ainda com lembrete para não colocar para lavar, por economia de água 🙄. Não tive coragem de tomar café da manhã e nem fui ver o mesmo. A cama de casal que dormimos era duas de solteiro unidas, e que estavam afundadas no meio. Acordei com muitas dores no corpo. A localização é top. Só isso.
