My wife and I had an amazing stay at blue star. The owner was super attentive and very friendly. One of the best parts of staying at blue star was the bakery. The food and coffee is amazing!!! I highly recommend visiting the bakery even if you aren’t staying at blue star. All and all, I had an amazing stay at blue star and will be back!
During my time at blue star I encountered significant issues - they would add bogus fees to my bill - fees which are illegal to charge under the pretense of "processing fees". The management does not care about the tenants- they only care about money. Also beware for your deposit - once they take it - they will cut a lot of money before giving it back.
Terrible attitude. They will try and force you to pay cash or pay for the entire lease upfront. They will try and bully you into paying your lease early because they don’t give you the invoice on time. Absolute terrible customer service and pure disdain for their tenants.
