Excellent Service! I would like to especially highlight the outstanding customer service of the waiter Enrique. One of the best waiters I’ve seen. Very professional, friendly, dedicated and helpful. His passion for what he does and to make customers happy is fantastic!

This hotel provides a decent, safe place to stay. The room had a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, and dishes. There's a breakfast buffet included that was very good. Lots of selections. Not everyone speaks English. We were a group of 50 people and the staff was accommodating. We felt safe walking around by the hotel. There's a mall nearby and some restaurants, all within walking distance. It's not a very touristy area so there isn't much to do around the hotel. Some of the couches and chairs are pretty worn. The pool is not heated so it was ice cold. There's a restaurant on site. The rooms are cleaned daily. There are 20 floors and you need a hotel key to use the elevator. You can only go to your floor.
