Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect location close to downtown with many options for dining and shopping. Breakfast is wonderful, a rich buffet with local gastronomy dishes, native fruits, and a rich selection of dairy products. A special thank you goes to Francisco, Caroline, and Alessandra, for their kind service during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

On arrival our basketball Blacklions team were greet with Marcus an fantastic baggage handler came to our attention. Front desk Caroline, Gabriilla & Pedro are fabulous & brilliantly handling our rooms situation & many others things . Greatest smiles and too kind to help with any our questions & answered everything in need.. breakfast ooh my gosh great variety choice , housekeeping cleaned everything sharp what an amazing hotel far better than Rio (royal Rio place hotel) oh another thing lovely pool views & gym on top feels like sitting on top of the world thank you blue tree with my heart from us team Blacklions deaf

This is a very good hotel. I stayed here 10 nights in the month of september 2023 in room 616 and was very happy with their service. The breakfast was excellent, the hotel staff friendly and they made special efforts to provide me gluten free meals.
