This place is absolutely stunning. The rooms are enormous, decked out with exquisite furnishings, wood carved tables, exotic upholstery, not to mention the fact you are in a cave! The bathrooms are beautiful, with huge sunken tile baths and antique fixtures & fiittings, including a tiled mosaic sink! You will feel like royalty staying here.. the staff are lovely and will put on a delicious feast of local produce for you. Cannot recommend this place enough!
The place looks amazing, so do the rooms. The staff is very kind, helpful and exterting. The looks of the rooms are amazing and magical, but some things need to be mended. Showers are stylish but not very comfortable, there is nothing for placing your shampoo or shower gel which is especially hard if you use organic / natural ones without bottles. Heating units did not work which might sound weird in summertime but it gets really cold at evening / night over there. Because of the historical cave and stone rooms you can hear everything from outside, above and nearby. WiFi is incredibly slow. Especially the bathroom doors are very very loud. There are a Cami / Mosque and a very active rooster nearby which are going to wake you up most likely at least one time. So all in all, all bad points are about the magnificent location, premise and surroundings. Definitely worth a visit!! Very authentic. But staying longer than few days might become uncomfortable according to your expectations and standards of functionality.
Stunning place it seems but it's all smoke and mirrors. Our room was a "cave" one (literally inside the mountain), plenty of humidity and bad air quality, gloomy atmosphere. The bathtub was quite dirty and has a weird water discharge system, with an open air sink and a motor pump you need to plug every time you wanna have a bath. Quite bugs somewhere. Bathroom fairy clean. Double bed but french size blankets. Although, staff is nice, food is fairly good (if you're done with traditional stuff). And last but not least, credit cards are not accepted
