Blue Vista Houses & Spa

Only stayed one night at Hotel Blue Vista, but it was pleasant: clean, welcoming, and with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and attentive 🙏

"Nice and smart hotel, located in a very quiet area not too far from the shops. There's a food store right next to it. I stayed in a huge apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. However, there was only one AC unit in the living room, so it was hard to cool down the entire place (you need to keep it on all the time). I had some issues with the Wi-Fi connection: very weak at first, then not working at all the next day. I asked for help via the WhatsApp link but got no reply. Fortunately, it worked well on the last day. Excellent and tasteful breakfast.

The Lobby looks good but everything else was not like the pictures . The Room Service was really bad . We were there for 9 days and when we got there they put us in the wrong rooms and we had to switch rooms 3 times . BTW they didn't clean the rooms for 7+ days even though we told them to . The Breakfast was the worst . The breakfast was from 7-10 am and even though we came at 9 am everything was finished they didn't refill anything except for mozzarella and salami . And something rally questioning was that they gave fries or onion rings for BREAKFAST !?!?! There wasn't a variety of food just boiled eggs , 5 different mozarella cheses and fries or baguette bread !?!?!not a kid friendly breakfast . The pool was the dirtiest pool ever experienced . The second day we went to the pool for the first time and we we were jn the pool everything underwater was white very dirty there was dead skin and hair in the pool !?!?!? They didnt clean the pool except when we told them to. The sauna wasn't working . The coffee machine had a defect every day . We got stuck in the elevator and every day one of the two elevators were out of Service. Overall it was not a good experience and would not recommend.Oh and there wasn't any hot water so we had to shower with cold water every day .!!!
