The rooms are good, they have AC, refrigerators and they also have materials readily available for you to make tea. The service is good as well. Great view of the lake. I would recommend booking the Grand wing rooms.
It’s a beautiful location, beautiful rooms, but they need to work on their service and their food. The waiters didn’t seem knowledgeable about some of the stuff being offered on the menu. The food wasn’t good either. The portions were large but the food was flavorless. They also have to fumigate more because they were so many ants .
The stay was a disappointment. The hotel nowhere near looks like the pictures advertised, the rooms are old and outdated, the food quality is low and everything can use an upgrade. To ask this amount of money for a hotel that's so disappointing is just bad...
