A wonderful family vacation – unforgettable! We had an amazing family holiday at Blue Wave Suite Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy – always smiling, always helpful. Our kids had the time of their lives – they never stopped playing, laughing, and enjoying every part of the hotel, especially the pools and kids’ activities. As parents, we were finally able to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. The room in the main building was perfect – spacious, clean, and just steps away from everything. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. This hotel gave us beautiful memories as a family. We’re so thankful and will absolutely return. Highly recommended with all our hearts!

My friend Ali and I stayed at the Bluewave Suite Hotel for 6 nights in November 2023. We stayed in the rooms in the Anix building, which is connected to the hotel by an underpass, for 3 nights, and we were moved to the main building on our request for another night. The lobby was relatively large and clean, and there was a nightclub that was active some nights. The staff was relatively nice, but the restaurant staff was very nice, including Mr. Kanan and Ms. Nasrin. The hotel courtyard, with its movable awning and beautiful trees, was a good place to sit and eat. The food was average, and the chicken smelled strongly of leftover oil. But there was food for every taste. In the evenings, hamburgers and pasta were prepared at the pool bar, and it was delicious. There was watermelon, plums, and apples in terms of fruit, but the cakes and pastries were excellent, meaning several large cakes were prepared every day, which is not prepared in five-star hotels. The hotel animation team, Neda and her sister, and another girl, were very good. Overall, I dare say that one of the best Turkish animation programs and Turkish and Colombian dance shows were performed at this hotel and it was really great. The distance to the beach bar by the sea was about 7 minutes, but the worst part of the hotel where I complained to the hotel manager was right there. Two rude employees named Mustafa and Mert refused to give us ice cream, which was strange to us, but after complaining to the hotel manager, everything was fixed and these two people were polite and listened. The hotel's water park is unique. Overall, it is a real 4-star hotel and I recommend this hotel because of the hotel manager's follow-up and respect for the guests.

The hotel is very nice, the staff members at the reception desk are very kind and willing to help when you need. It is not very far from shops, pharmacies, an exchange office and from the seaside. The hotel offers outdoor pools, a playfield for children (under a roof protecting from the sun), an excellent restaurant, a snack bar near the pools, a wellness centre and numerous activities for both adults and children. At least one of the drinking water dispensers is available non-stop, at any time. The restaurant offers a very large range of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even if you come later, there is still a lot of them to choose from. However, there are a few weak points that I noticed. When you want to check in, you are not checked in in the order in which you arrive. Instead, the reception calls names of the people expected to check in, in an order that the reception determines, so that you wait for your name to be called and you do not know when you will really be checked in, even if you arrive with children, for whom long waiting is more difficult to withstand. The wi-fi is login-form-based, not password-based. It needs a confirmation of you logging in (fortunately, not filling the room number and date of birth every time, though) every time when you connect again. If, after connecting to the wi-fi, your device does not display a notification that opens the form to log in to the network, you cannot log in and you cannot use the wi-fi. Once connected to the wi-fi, you are occasionally disconnected for a few seconds, so that you may lose the data that you enter online. You can connect only one device per person. The apartment is not air-conditioned entirely, only the smaller room (bedroom) is air-conditioned, but a whole family does not fit in there to sleep. The toilets (at least those for men) near the pools seemed to have insufficient maintenance, they were smelly and dirty. You may meet members of the room maintenance staff, but they do not speak English. There are no trays in the restaurant, so you need to bring everything (dishes and drinks in small glasses) to your table only in your hands, and you need to walk to the table and away from it several times before you have everything on the table. There are a few cats in the restaurant, which may bother some guests, as not everyone likes cats. However, we were almost never bothered. The hotel sometimes plays loud music until late night, apparently there is not enough respect for the need of night silence necessary for healthy sleep. Are there no laws to guarantee night silence at certain hours? Under the balconies of the rooms on the side of the pools, there is an inaccessible roof on which all the things that fell from the balconies accumulate. Does the hotel not think of a way to retrieve these things and to return them to their owners? In the room, there is no light bright enough for reading a book in the evening. The only bright light is in the bathroom, but nobody would like to sit in the bathroom for reading a book. However, in spite of these drawbacks, I and my family enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.
