The rooms are extremely neat and tidy with hassle free check-in provided by the staff here. They were very accommodating of our requests. The only concern is the mosquitoes that we found in the room. Not many but there were quite a few mosquitoes that actually were mood killers.

I stayed at this hotel with my family on April 6, 2025. It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, and the location was also convenient—just a 5-minute walk from Lulu Supermarket.

0 star Serious Safety Hazard – Not Ready for Guests I booked Bluebell for my elderly parents based on its promising photos and seemingly new facilities. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply distressing and raises serious concerns about the property’s safety standards. While using the bathroom, my father suffered a serious accident when the shower’s sliding glass doors collapsed on him. He sustained multiple injuries across his body and head due to broken glass. Though the hotel staff changed the room and offered to take him to a hospital, the trauma was so severe that he declined. His wounds—particularly on the skull—remain painful and have not fully healed. We had to ask the staff to inspect the new room’s bathroom before letting my mother use it, out of fear the same might happen again. It’s clear the hotel is still under construction, and this incident points to extremely poor build quality and health and safety oversight. The rooms are also quite small compared to similarly priced options in the area. Adding a chair—after we requested one—made the space so cramped it was hard to move around. Continuous construction noise from unfinished floors adds further discomfort. I strongly urge caution if you are considering a stay here, especially if traveling with seniors or children. Until safety and construction standards are significantly improved, you’re far better off booking at one of the many well-established hotels nearby.
