Bluegreen Vacations Fountains an Ascend Collection Resort

Absolutely an amazing stay, every time. The customer service is wonderful from every interaction with any staff (clubhouse, cafe, activities, passing maintenance in the halls and elevators) - I feel like that is not something you can say about most places. Rooms are comfortable and staffs available for any needs. Communication was top notch. Florida weather means occasional storms and they text you to let you know when pools need to close and when they reopen. You could come here and not leave the property and still have a nice vacation. We had a lot of plans this time and felt safe coming and going. Highly recommend.

Could not fault our stay here. Such a great resort, so many pools and so much to do. Perfect place for families and couples. They have something for everybody. The room we had was a full apartment style room, with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. The space was clean, spacious and comfortable. One of the less expensive resorts in Orlando. I'd recommend booking here. Its close to everything you can think of!

This is a resort I have been coming to at least 2-3 times a year for the past 15 years. Amazing staff with awesome personalities. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is tons of things on the event schedule for families. They have three pools making it very easy to find space and enjoy yourself. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Only thing I would want is for the room to be able to drop down a couple more degrees and give that cold hotel vibe I was wanting. The only real negative I have is biased, I wish for this big and nice of a resort that the gym was bigger with a little more of a selection. That would make the resort a 5 star rating for me. I had to fight for space and equipment this morning. Although I will say thank you for at least having one, but come on I think we can really build a gym that matches this amazing of a resort.
