This hotel is amazing for families the staff are excellent and always offer friendly smiles if you have any trouble they are more then happy to help with the issues especially the amazing Carmen!!! The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the food is so diverse and tasty me and my partner have gone up to fill our plates more than once. Me and my partner are definitely coming back with more of our big family next year
Was here a couple of weeks ago and I highly recommend.. I am 55 and came with to 60 year old lady friends so I was the one sleeping on a pull out bed, but to my surprise was extremely comfy. Rooms nicely decorated and clean. Staff were very friendly when spoken to respectfully, entertainment staff were brilliant .. I'd like to know what the reviews that were negative about the food were eating because we all thought it was lovely, Prawns and clams, smoked salmon in the salads and even steak one day. This to me is top nosh! Few quirks like a euro for the cups but ehen you see the wind you'll understand. I loved the "no smoking, no eating around the pool" fabulous and also again with the wind it makes sense. Sunbeds at 10am was hilarious 😂 Yes would 100% recommend, well actually I have!
Amazing hotel, honestly after reading the reviews I was jubious but I cannot fault this place! The rooms are clean, spacious and well designed. The food is fantastic, so much variety and choices, snack bar is open 3-5 and something with everyone. Pool is lovely, cold but very welcoming with the heat! Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough!
