Great location.clean. I do agree with some reviews that some staff need more training. Thanks for the housekeeping staff. Check-in was smooth and perfect. Thanks to the lady who made it wonderful. Staff in the swimming pool must give safety instructions to guests, especially since some areas in the swimming pool are 1.20 m in depth and some are 1.40 m... So families should take care. Food and massage in the hotel is pricy, and breakfast needs to have more options. Restaurants in the surrounding areas are a bit pricey. Just go for Thai restaurants, not others. The best location to stay is close to the bust stop, which is around 1 KM on the same road towards the beach, which is 1 m from the bust stop.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, which made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Should really be a 2 star hotel with 3rd class customer service. Had 4 bell men hanging out joking with each other yet none offered to help with the luggage to the car. The room has one outlet so if you want to make your morning tea you will need to plug the hot water on top of your sleeping partners pillow. Only two teabags available to a deluxe room of the cheapest tea available. Bathtub is not useable. It’s on the balcony with full visibility to the building across and noisy street. Room has no utensils or a bottle opener. When requested a bottle opener from the room service we were refused and told to bring the soda bottle to the bar to be opened. Corner drawer next to bed was broken and almost fell on the foot of my GF. Shower door has opening right where you stand to shower. So folks across can get a nice naked view. Also it has no lock to secure the glass door in place. There was a big gust of wind that morning and it swung it open. Luckily no one hurt. The security and parking man was great. Very helpful and we tipped him nicely on our way out. Very disappointing experience compared to Holiday Inn across the street where we normally stay but was sold out.
