BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach Adults only

The service and location are amazing! I booked a room with direct pool access and unfortunately, it was a cause for congestion and cough in the am. I believe the room I was in had mold because every morning I woke up, I was fighting a cough. I’d recommend booking other rooms that may stay dryer and less opportunity for water coming into the room causing issues. The push button privacy glass wall was a unique and neat addition. The scooter rental at the hotel was extremely convenient. The check in experience was a nice touch of elegance, wherein before making it to the counter, I was sat down and checked in from a comfortable couch and provided a welcome tea. Upon check out, they even allowed for me to explore the city and although I had a later flight, they did not mind me coming back and showering at the spa and changing before heading to the airport. I would definitely stay again, I just would elect for a different room. Oh and the breakfast was delicious with amazing views in the morning. Great way to start the day.

Stayed here for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Having 3 different pools means they never get packed as people are spread out. The gym is large for a hotel and very clean. It even has a separate yoga studio which is very rare for hotels. The beds in the room was comfy which a lovely pool view room. The shower isn’t in the best condition and couldn’t probably do with a bit of a facelift - though there were builders around the property doing repairs so it’s good to see they do upkeep the property. The staff were very friendly and sorted us a scooter for 1 day so we could ride to a viewpoint for sunrise one day. As for the location, you know what you’re getting when you’re booking - it’s very close to the beach but a decent 10 min walk to the main shopping street. We preferred that it was isolated away from the from the chaos but close enough to walk.

We had a good stay at BlueSotel SMART overall. First of all, the staff is polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was good, clean and with the necessary amenities. We had a problem with the AC, but the staff sorted it efficiently. Regarding the facilities, we did not use the pool but it looked same as pictures. Location is good, close to the Main Street where a lot of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Things to improve: breakfast. You don’t have so much options, even though the eggs live station is good, is not so tasty and there is not so much variety in general. The price for breakfast is 300 baht per person. Laundry; they charged 5 times more than outside. We recommend to do it outside, 1 KG for 60 baht and there only one t-shirt for 60 baht. Last but not least, there is no AC in the lobby or if there is it feels hot inside and temperature must be increased Thank you!!
