Bluesun Holiday Village Bonaca

I am not one who often leaves reviews, but when a stay at a hotel exceeds my expectations I make sure to give some positive feedback. My family and I stayed at the Bluesun village Bonaca for a total of ten days. While we’ve been to Croatia plenty of times in the past, this was our first time staying at this particular accommodation. Given that we have two young children, it was very important for us to find a place that offers both activities for them, as well as giving us, the parents, an opportunity to relax. Our room was lovely, very clean and very pretty. The staff were kind and always willing to help, and all of our needs were met as soon as we brought them up. We went on adventures around the island during the day, and loved spending our afternoons by the pool and relaxing once the sun was slowly starting to set. The entertainment at the resort was also great. Our kids are full of energy so keeping them satisfied isn’t always easy. However, the guys and girls who were in charge of all the fun activities really did an awesome job. The kids absolutely loved all the fun stuff they got to do, and were super excited whenever it was time for the poolside activities. And honestly, even the two of us had lots of fun with lots of laughs. Our favorite activity was probably the movie night. Everything was set up really nicely, the movie was fun and the gorgeous night sky made everything ten times better. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and will definitely think about coming back again next year. For anyone who has a family like us, I highly recommend you check out this resort and what it has to offer :)

A wonderful hotel with plenty of entertainment for children. The animators try to create a different program for the children every day. I have been here with my family for two years and will continue to come every summer. The food is perfect, delicious, varied and most importantly fresh. The rooms and apartments are impeccably clean and tidy. At the reception, whatever you ask for, you will get it, incredible service worthy of a hotel like this. This year, I was especially delighted by Jelena and Lea. Their kindness and service leave you with the impression that you are at home. They welcome every guest with a smile on their face. Many friends have come here on our recommendation and they are all just as delighted as we are. I definitely recommend that you come and see for yourself and, most importantly, relax because here is a vacation for the soul and body.

Rooms are okay - renovated and quite stylish, but not too big. Food is good, nice selection. A bit of a long walk to the golden horn beach, but doable. Low hanging fruit - improve the gym/fitness room - it is pretty low standard for such a hotel. Swimming pools are nice.
