I would like to express my great satisfaction with this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the food was delicious, and the beach was truly stunning. All of this contributed to making this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. I was especially impressed with the quality of service provided throughout our stay. I would also like to highlight the animation team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and creativity made every day exciting for the children, especially through the well-organized mini club. The kids truly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t wait for the next event. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable vacation. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
I have stayed at this hotel several times before and was always satisfied, but this time I was disappointed. Yes, the hotel is clean — that’s the only significant plus. But the downsides outweigh everything else. The food has become terrible: tasteless, bland, and with a poor selection. The staff can’t keep up with clearing the tables, and there’s a constant loud clattering of cutlery and dishes — it honestly feels intentional and very disturbing. What disappointed me most: not even a single complimentary bottle of water in the room. In previous years, guests were welcomed with water and fruit. Now, the minibar is empty, and everything must be ordered through room service — and then you wait for 30 minutes or more. It used to feel like this hotel cared about returning guests, but sadly, the level of service has dropped. There’s less comfort now and no desire to return. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
Unfair Parking Charge and Unprofessional Staff (August 3, 2025) On August 3, 2025, we were charged €72 for hotel parking, despite the fact that we never received a parking card-ticket and had parked outside the hotel’s marked parking area, in a nearby public space. When we brought this up at check-out, the reception staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive — particularly David, who showed no courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Being charged for a service we didn’t use and treated with arrogance when raising a valid concern left a very poor impression. I would not recommend this hotel.
