Extremely good location and food. Perfect for people who like peaceful holiday gateways.
If want to relax and stay in nature’s lap then this is the best place. Food was amazing but rooms were little small and not well cleaned. It’s far from main road so better be equipped with everything you need during your stay.
The location is extremely remote—there’s no proper road for the last 2.5 km, just a forest path. You’ll definitely need an SUV to reach the property. The place is also about 2 hours beyond Almora (not behind it as GPS might suggest), and unfortunately, Google Maps shows the wrong route, so make sure to call the hotel staff for accurate directions. Food options are very limited. For breakfast, only paratha, poha, and lassi are available. If you don’t eat onion or garlic, the only option is plain parathas. Honestly, the location is beautiful but extremely hard to access. However, after talking to the manager, they resolved most of the issues and improved their services, including better guidance for directions and more attention to guests’ needs.
