Thanks for Hossam Hisham The hotel's location is amazing, offering direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas. The staff made sure everyone was having a great time and provided excellent service at the pool and beach bars. A special thanks to Hossam Hisham, who was always ready to assist guests with his charming smile. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. This hotel truly offers the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at BM Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and professionalism. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and made check-in smooth and quick. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach.🇦🇪😍😍😍😍 The dining experience was exceptional! The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes, and the staff ensured that every meal was a delight. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything clean and fresh, making our stay even more comfortable. One person who truly stood out was Hossam Hisham. He was always around, assisting guests with a warm smile and making sure everyone felt welcome. His friendly and professional attitude made a huge difference in our experience. First of all I will mention the good part about the hotel , Reception Employee ( Angelo ) is the best thing in this place, he helped me to fulfill my request about connecting rooms, check in & check out ,Fast and smoothly , house keeping is friendly , safeguard people are nice and they are doing a very good job excellent job actually , overall staff are friendly and helpful, however compared to price,the property is old and not maintained in good shape, you can find that out once you visit the room starting from its doors on your way & check out everything including washrooms , for example I was complaining from the very weak water pressure in the shower but it was never fixed don’t know why,so I had to take shower with bathroom bidet ! , next thing the pool was extremely dirty and green while my kids went and played there for sometime, fortunately it went okay, next day the pool access was locked and another pool was open in the next hotel ( it’s long way and we’re in August, i suffered a lot with my family to get there, moreover water slides pool is also green dirty water, which is making me wonder if the facilities were not clean, maintaining function and prepared to receive guests why would you receive guests! The cleanliness level regarding pools are very very poor, and you know, kids love to play in the pools. Overall my stay was disappointing, taking care of your guests health by making sure facilities are clean and safe is not a luxury thing to do for them. Getting everything in the room working properly even if it’s old is not a luxury thing. I was hoping my review to be better than this specially I was using the BM beach resort before it was permanently closed , it was awesome. Good luck with improving.
