This is my second experience at BN Resort & Spa, but it won't be my last. What distinguishes this resort is the wonderful reception, the hospitable spirit of the staff, and the services provided that exceed the five stars that this resort has achieved. It has everything a person needs to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, the tranquility and serenity, the mineral waters that are distinguished by temperatures that suit everyone, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, various entertainment and cultural programs, various sports activities, the equipment available is diverse and of the highest specifications, you can walk in the calm natural atmosphere that the resort provides, as it is located between a range of mountains that provide a breathtaking view, the meals are rich and varied to satisfy all tastes, the staff do their best to provide what the guests need with a smile and dedication, it is truly a unique and distinguished experience that I highly recommend. Great experience. The food buffet is comparable to what you can get at premium hotels in Vegas or Atlantic City. The facilities are family-oriented and kids friendly. Lots of activities available for children to enjoy. The hotel itself is as luxurious as it gets. Security is tight enough and the guests are generally from the upper classes. The thermal experience is nothing I have ever seen in any of the locations I've visited in North-America. I came here on a business trip but I will most definitely come back for vacation with my family. The location is not very convenient if you are coming here on a business trip and need to travel to the city on a regular basis. It is a getaway and must be treated as such ;)
It was an amazing hotel for me the room was perfect everything but They dont respect guests religion im a Muslim and i have to cover my body and protect and during pool time a man that work there told me to get out of the pool because i wasn't wearing bikini or any revealing swimsuit And to me that was really disrespectful
