Bo33 Hotel Family & Suites

Amazing hotel with exceptional service! It’s the small touches—like complimentary lemonade always available in the lobby—that really make a difference. The entire hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with a stylish, upscale feel throughout. We stayed in two connecting rooms, perfect for families, and everything was super clean and comfortable. The rooms felt somewhat luxurious, making our stay extra pleasant. Breakfast was simple but offered enough variety to satisfy everyone. What truly stood out was the staff—every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to explain how to reach various destinations and suggesting things to explore in the area. The location is great too—you can walk to some attractions, and train and bus stations are nearby for anything further out. Highly recommended!

5 stars for all the staff, very friendly, from the reception, to the breakfast room, and even those who cleaned our rooms. But I have a small comment, since we're judging the hotel's structure.. The breakfast room, at the buffet, is too crowded...perhaps it should be expanded to different areas...also, for those looking for a "sweet" breakfast, there isn't much choice...unlike the "savory" breakfast In our room, the shower was "open" without a door...we had to be careful not to get the entire bathroom wet. Furthermore, in the bathroom, we didn't find the courtesy slippers, shower cap, or lotion that are usually found in other 4-star hotels. All in all, our opinion remains more than positive, and we recommend it.

The staff where always very kind. The cleaners did an amazing job with tidying up the room and making sure we had fresh sheets and towels whenever we needed them. Would definitely go back there if I went back to Budapest.
