Great hotel. Great service! Convenient to and from the train station. It’s in a sketchy area but that’s normal for hotels next train stations. Best hotel room I have stayed I. During my travels in France. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. They even have down pillows which is rare to find these days.

Hi, my wife and I stayed here mid April for a couple of nights to visit the city of Lille. The hotel was amazing, just steps from the train station. It's a very modern hotel with nice clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh, local and plentiful, it's worth adding to your stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every time we interacted with them, even giving us an arrival and parting gift. We stayed at 6 different hotels in France, Belgium, and Amsterdam, this this was by far the best. I would recommend 100%.

Excellent stay. Hotel about 10 minutes from Eurostar and on the edge of the Old Town. Very friendly staff who were all very fluent in English (and didn’t laugh at my poor French 😁). The breakfasts were good and everything on offer was fresh. The bed was comfortable and the shower great pressure and temperature. Some nice touches such as a big local beer in the room on arrival, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and drinks tokens if you’re staying for more than 2 nights and don’t request full housecleaning. The room is still serviced but towels and bed linen are not refreshed.
