Boardwalk by Seascape Resort

So many amenities that we didn’t even have time to check it all out! Wonderful property and very well maintained. Love the security everywhere as well! Felt so safe at all times.

The layout was very nice with good sized rooms, the shower though was so small it was extremely difficult to use. Also the air conditioning didn't work too great it stayed pretty warm. The bed was not very comfortable also. Small TV in bedroom and security was a nightmare! While getting ready to leave we were harassed 3 seperate times by 3 different employees about a closed trailer we were using to haul our belongings, that had a parking tag, and we were allowed to bring in through the entrance which also has security! The neighbors consist of A LOT of "Karen's" as well. We only stayed two days before leaving to go to an air bnb

Clean, easy beach access, plenty of space, very poorly maintained, every single outlet in our room does not work, the air conditioning in the entire condo does not work, it has been 80 degrees the entire time we have been here even while sleeping, there was a box fan in the closet, but it was broken and didn’t work, so we had to buy one ourselves, and when we called the maintenance company he said he will get back to me and send someone out, it’s been 2 days, no call, no fix. Also the ice maker in the freezer does not work either, we have had to buy 6 bags of ice. Shower doors broken and chipping away, cieling fan almost falling out of the roof. Seascape has lost of potential but the maintenance is awful
