Boathouse Resort Tea Gardens

Nice place to relax, refresh, and retreat. Family venue. It has a Decent size swimming pool, Steamroom, and gym as amenities. Staff are great. Very accomodating (kudos to Lou) 👍 Rooms a spacious ( we stayed at 3-br apartelle) . Each room has its own washing machine and heater. Full appliances in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the 2 other small rooms don't have air-conditioning. (When we stayed, the room internet password was not working. it's a good thing no one needs free internet, anyways). Minor improvement: they only provided 2 coffee capsules for a 3BR apartment. Are they expecting only 2 people to stay in a 3BR apartment? But overall, we had a good stay. We will be back anytime soon.

A great experience, everything was clean, and the service was lovely. The staff were kind, holding the reservation and allowing to pay in person, which also saved a bit compared to the online rate. Free parking, follow the instructions to access the secure parking. The pool looked beautiful, though it was a chilly winter day so didn’t swim, but did enjoy the steam room — just a note that it needs to be heated a few minutes in advance and ran for 30 minutes, bring what you need. There was a bit of a mix-up with our booking, but after a few follow-ups, everything was sorted out smoothly with no issues. Not many dinner options nearby, but if you’re up for a bit of a drive (around an hour around the bay), you’ll find more restaurant choices. A quiet town during winter evening and there was a young 🦘kangaroo walking in the neighbourhood, drive carefully!

Great well run resort. Good location with fantastic pool. Our room 205 was great, good inclusions & modern furnishings. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would be beneficial
