Hotel Bob W Eolou is a charming, centrally located hotel in Athens, providing clean and comfortable accommodations. The hotel utilizes an app-based system for building and room access, which proved to be highly efficient. On the rare occasion I encountered an issue with the building's front door code, the client support team responded immediately via WhatsApp, resolving the problem within a minute. The lack of a traditional reception is effectively compensated by this highly responsive online support. Cleaning is provided on demand for stays less than six nights and is subject to a fee, a factor that likely influences the hotel's competitive pricing. This approach suited us well, and we found the overall experience to be excellent. We would confidently choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel located perfectly near the center of the city’s vibrant Monastiraki Sq. Tech stuff works great- Opening the Doors, checking in and out. Things not working smoothly- Safe and Fridge. The Room is Clean and tidy, Convenient. Main issue- I read a review of a lady who had an incident of a few things stolen from the Storage Room 😡 So we ended up Carrying our luggage with us .. not as planned.

Stayed here with my wife for an anniversary trip. It was a nice hotel in a great location. A nice walk away from many attractions and near great places to eat. The room was nice, although our air conditioning didn’t work well. When I mentioned it to the staff, they worked to fix it. Afterwards, it worked sporadically (and I never said anything else to the staff, so I’m sure they would have worked to fix it again). The room is better suited for couples and not merely friends, since the shower and bathroom are glass walled and connected directly to the room. We loved opening the window and hearing the soft noise of the city in the evening. The hotel doesn’t use much of a receptionist, and instead everything is online - you use a web browser to check in, open your door (which didn’t always work for us), message staff (quick responses), and other things. Overall, it was a nice stay for us. I do recommend.
