Great accommodation and fascinating central location . Rooms were clean and quiet with real opening windows ( a big plus for me) . Two minor niggles - an Instax instant camera was provided, but no film , and only 4 coffee pods were provided. If, like us, you are staying for a few days , be sure to bring pods of your own. Otherwise a real gem of a hotel .

Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. My questions were fastly answered and the person i talked to was really really nice. The location was good and very easy to find. Figuring out how to get into your apartment was also easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The worst Bob W I've been to. 1. The shower doors wouldn't close. The only way to take a shower was to hold the doors to ensure water didn't leave the shower. Also, you couldn't have the water full blast as the drain couldn't cope. 2. The room was completely different to the one we booked. After initial confusion regarding the room name, I still informed Bob W that even the name that does match -- the room looked different. Online the room was finished to a nice standard, and made best use of the room. In reality, it had stairs leading up to the bed which wasted any space the room was meant to have - creating a tiny nook to move around. The room looked very run down and has a gap where the fridge was -- a hotel room in today's world should at least have a mini fridge in my opinion. The towel was dirty prior to use, and the bedsheets had clearly not been changed since the last use. (3) The room at the end of the corridor was really bizarre. Open the entire time with explict noises being heard on multiple occasions. It made us feel very uncomfortable. 4. It had nothing inside you could want. No mini fridge, the iron leaked water, and there wasn't even Instax to use the camera. Also, there is no co-working space so if you can't even work in the hotel as there's no much space to work -- only if there is 1 of you then it's fine. The price of this hotel is the same as much better options in the area. I usually love bob W spaces but this one is a big no and I'll be staying elsewhere when I come back to Berlin.
