5 stars! I went for a business trip with parents and stayed here we though we were getting a 2 floor room but we ended up with a normal room, but when we complained, they gave us chocolates and wine! Completely forgot and enjoyed the amazing sauna in the room. I really liked the open shower bathroom. Also, the room had a washer machine. Great customer service, great room (with sauna) would stay again.

Very clean room and a great city center location. Room also has a mini fridge. Two washer/dryer combo machines are available for use in a room off the kitchen. Laundry detergent supplied. I couldn't get my clothes to dry but that might be user error on the machine settings. The shared kitchen has plates, bowls, and silverware along with a cooking range and microwave with a nice seating area. Also a refrigerator with condiments for everyone's use. I stayed in August and like most buildings in Helsinki there isn't air conditioning. I brought a travel fan with me and was able to sleep comfortably. There was a tower fan in the cupboard but it barely worked.

This is a SUMMERTIME review! Like a lot of places in Helsinki, there's no AC. Which is fine until it hits 85-f!! Then your room becomes a sauna. I literally would take a 20-minute cold shower b4 bed and when I woke up to try to stay comfortable... and I mean COLD. Pay the extra cash in July and August and get AC!!!! I don't know if this was just me or every room, but I didn't get a towel. Bring your own or you'll dry off with a pillow cover like I did. Also the washer/ dryer: don't hit "wash and dry" its a 6h20m cycle. Wash it THEN rinse. There's no signs that warn you!! And you have to unplug it to unlock the door to get your clothes out so you can pack the wet clothes and catch a plane. Other than those three things, it's an acceptable hotel!!
