This is a magnificent hotel, easily worth more than five stars. The room, including the bathroom, is spotless. Although staff aren't always on-site, communication via WhatsApp is excellent and prompt. They are incredibly kind and helpful. The carefully selected furnishings, tea, and coffee provided in the room are perfect.
9/10 Great -room -location -staff -price/value We loved to stay at Bob W Chueca. Only the noises from the alleyway were a little bit annoying. We recommend you to isolate the doors better.
Great location, that is until the evening. Loud, loud, loud noises from partiers until 5am. There is no sound deadening in the room at all. You can hear neighbors next door also. The room was small, drab and a bit depressing. The entry and exit process is strange and cryptic. I spent 10 minutes trying to get out of the building door. Luckily someone entered and told me about the button in the other wall about 25 feet away. Frustrating.
