Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

We loved the pool deck area the most of all! Especially spacious with towels, comfortable chairs etc. the rooms were fine! The pillows were too squishy and deflated for minimal support, but we slept fine on the beds overall. Fitness center was also nice. Easy walk through the courtyard to a Mexican place (Rocco’s food was NOT GOOD, did not taste like authentic seasoned Mexican just some tomatoes and cheese over chips or dry chicken in a tortilla) or another handful of restaurants. We had a great stay and would go back!

Very nice location. Exceptionally clean rooms. Easy walking access to local restaurants right from the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and polite. For the price, very pleased with our one night stay.

Wow. Talk about not caring about your guests. I was very disappointed by my stay here. The rooms were dated, and air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat, this couldn't be addressed according to engineering. Also gym was 85 degrees and pooled closed on of the three days. Biggest issue was on going construction, that we were not informed of on check in. When we complained they simply blamed everything on Expedia booking, and did nothing to compensate. We paid a little for the rooms, and felt like we were not valued. I will not stay at another marriot ever again unless I get a really good rate, I feel holiday inn would have been nicer and much cheaper, and maybe feel slightly valued. The managers here were not well trained, overall very poor experience, and very disappointed.
