I stayed here for 2 nights and the whole experience was incredible. The hotel is amazing, very clean and full of history. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food is 5 star. I absolutely loved it here! Definitely recommend.
We had such a wonderful stay at The Bodmin Jail Hotel! The atmosphere was unique and full of character, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience!
Faultless. Ignore the people moaning about poor lighting or how quiet it is. That's kind of the point. It is a relaxing, quiet oasis where you can contemplate. Even my kids were chilled and absolutely loved it. The breakfast was top notch. I slept well. The staff were great. Overall, it felt stripped back but to a high standard. Yes, it is a unique experience, but it still beat many a more expensive hotel in overall experience. The Bodmin Jail experience was also to the same high standard, tastefully done and highly recommended. Bodmin itself is not a destination, but we'll be back.
