Loved it here, also special thanks to the photographers and Galib for the photos I now keep as memories. Place was beautiful but nothing tops the hospitality of everyone that made it extra special. 💙

During our winter holiday last year, we stayed at this hotel, which had an ideal location for those seeking a mountain retreat. The hotel’s warm atmosphere perfectly matched that of a mountain lodge, and the natural beauty of the surroundings left a positive first impression. The front desk staff and other personnel were very attentive and helpful. However, one thing that stood out to me was that returning or well-known guests seemed to receive a special level of service, which created a noticeable difference in the approach toward new guests. The buffet was particularly impressive. The freshness and quality of the food significantly enhanced our stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel’s executive chef and the kitchen team for delivering such a delightful dining experience. The wide variety of dishes offered something for every taste. As for our room, it was generally comfortable and functional, although the view was somewhat disappointing. We had hoped for a more scenic mountain view, but the room’s outlook fell short of our expectations. That being said, the room was clean and cozy overall. Lastly, I believe that the hotel could benefit from improving its evening activities. Offering more options for guests to enjoy in the evenings would greatly enhance the overall experience and make the stay even more memorable.

Hotel Stay Review 1. The hotel’s location is excellent for those who enjoy skiing. 2. My booking included a full-board stay (three meals and a minibar); however, the minibar was empty, and no drinking water was provided until I specifically requested it. 3. The room lacked basic amenities, such as tissues in both the room and the bathroom. 4. The room had a view of the parking lot, which was not ideal. 5. The buffet was average in terms of quality and variety. 6. There was no espresso machine in the room. When I inquired at the reception, I was informed that espresso machines are only available in suites!!!. 7. I attempted to contact the front desk, but my call was unexpectedly disconnected while I was on hold. 8- only 2 elevator Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as there are better alternatives available at a lower price with a more favorable location and improved services.
