Boho Suites Santorini

Well designed, modern place at the old tomato's factory direct at the black beach side. Connected with the hip coffee fabrica this is the probably most stylish place to stay at Santorini's -best- beach side. Sort friendly stuff, great beach Service. Only: we'd feel better if there might be one person like a supervisor responsible for the guests and after check in the room was clean - after the second cleaning... (Well, but busy main season)

Beautiful villa with hot tube. Modern and rustic at the same time. Calm. Friendly nice staff. Very good presented breakfast at the terrace. Comfortable bed and shower. Great location in front of the beach.

We booked Boho Suites in Santorini for our babymoon (I am 7 months pregnant), but sadly the experience was very disappointing. After nearly 40 minutes of driving around in the heat trying to find the property, we called several times with little help. Eventually, the receptionist came out from a different hotel next to Fabrica bar and led us to the “suites,” which turned out to be hidden behind a back door near a construction car park. There was no signage, no proper reception, and breakfast was served from the Fabrica bar, which has very poor reviews. When we asked to see the suite before checking in, we were met with resistance and eventually shown a much smaller, less special room than advertised online, with loud music nearby. The manager’s response to our concerns was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us feeling upset and unwelcome. As this was not the standard or atmosphere we expected for the price (over €600 for 2 nights), we chose not to stay and booked another hotel, which was excellent. Unfortunately, Boho Suites still charged us in full, despite the misleading description and poor treatment we received. This was meant to be a very special trip, but sadly our experience at Boho Suites was stressful and disappointing.
