The rooms are ok for that price for something located in the heart of the city. The workers aren't security conscious. No one cared about where I entered or not. And the guest I came to find wasn't even called to be informed that someone wanted to see him. The security consciousness of the workers isn't impressive at all.

I booked the hotel because it was close to an appointment I had, but it ended up being a good decision as well. Service: They have great service, and try to make sure you’re very comfortable Food: They have great food which you pay for, and a complementary breakfast if you paid for a particular room upwards. Room: The room itself is big and very comfortable, but I had some issues, the room had mosquitoes, big ones, and also the toilet looked too old, and dilapidated, there was no heater to take a warm shower, and I had to use a bucket. That was very disappointing. But they had a kettle which I used to boil water, so that worked. But asides that, every other part of the room was clean and large and beautiful. they had a fridge which works, and a working AC you have control over the temperature which was also nice. Price: This depends on the kind of room you select, it’s on their website, I picked the one in the range of 35k-45k. Location: Very easy to find with the likes on inDrive or bolt or the likes, not sure how to get there with public transportation. Security: One of the most important, it’s very secure as only your card can open the door, except maybe a master key. Would I want to go again if in the area, probably, but definitely not in cold weather or rainy season because of the mosquitoes and hot water

The rooms are too expensive for the services they are rendering.. i paid for a standard room which cost 52k because they were running a weekend promo, the room had no heater, it had an old model AC. Though my room was changed after causing drama, but even the breakfast they promised was not provided by 7am and no apologies. Just an overrated hotel
