I stayed at the Bolton Hotel for 3 Nights and the Staff were incredibly helpful and made sure they gave every Guest the best service and went above and beyond. Prices are reasonable minus the surplus charge on Efpos but that's not their fault. Rooms are perfect and very clean and tidy and make you feel relaxed and comfortable!!

Stayed here while in Wellington for a meeting. The location is great! I had a 5 minute walk to the meeting venue and very easy access to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The hotel itself was very clean and comfy, with a free gym/lap pool/sauna. The staff were also fantastic and went out of their way to help guests. Highly recommend!

This hotel boasts an excellent central location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We found it an easy walk to Queens Wharf and Lambton Quay, providing quick access to the cable car terminal. Our stay was enjoyable overall. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette proved very useful for preparing our own meals. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to address the bathroom drainage system, as it was leaking out the door. The spa facilities offered a mixed experience. We were lucky enough to have the spa all to ourselves, which was a bonus. While the pool was quite small for swimming laps, we appreciated having it available. The jacuzzi was great, though you do need to continually press the button for the jets to run every 15 minutes. The sauna was a welcome addition, but it was a bit inconvenient as you had to leave the door ajar to avoid getting locked in. A significant area for improvement is the maintenance of the spa area itself. We found used towels strewn all over the place, suggesting a need for more frequent checks and better stocking of fresh towels. Despite the minor issues with the bathroom drainage and spa area upkeep, the fantastic location and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay.
