Room service is extremely poor. There is a clear lack of supervision over housekeeping standards — in fact, the rooms are rarely cleaned during the stay. Basic toiletries are very limited and often only provided upon request. Response times to service requests are slow and inconsistent. While the rooms themselves are aesthetically pleasing, the overall service falls short of what is expected from a five-star hotel.

We stayed in a Bomonti Arjaan by rotana hotel from June 19, 2025 and it was one of the worst experiences for a five-star hotel. The staff do not speak Arabic or English and it is very difficult to communicate with them. The cleanliness of the rooms is very bad, very bad throughout our stay. The bathroom was never cleaned. The cleanliness of the rooms is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When we ask them to clean the rooms, they do not respond to us. Even the bathroom tissues are not placed except upon request. The restaurant service is bad. When we ordered food, we received a dirty tray, literally not clean at all. I filed a complaint more than once to no avail until I left the hotel before the specified period of our stay.

Strong sewage smell in the room. I had to move to another room late at night with all my belongings, exhausted after a long workday. Housekeeping was terrible — they didn’t vacuum or clean the kitchen trash. The only good thing about this hotel is the spacious rooms.
